About Western CML Cleaners LTD.

Western CML Cleaners Ltd. was established in 1998. Since then we have grown into the largest window cleaning company in Southern Saskatchewan. We continue to work hard to be better each and every day.

Current owner, Peter Morin acquired the company in February of 2008.  At the time the company was relatively small and had a work force of only four people. The equipment was in poor condition. Under Peter’s ownership every piece of equipment, including all vehicles, were replaced within the first six months.  The staff now includes 20-30 employees depending on the time of year.

Peter Morin and General Manager, Brenda Oates are very concerned with safety and have invested significantly in training both staff, and themselves.  In addition, significant investment has been made in equipment to ensure that the risks associated with the work are both lessened and mitigated.

We are constantly exploring new methods to work more safely, more effectively and more efficiently.  We monitor the industry for new tools, equipment and techniques to create better work practices. As a result, we are able to provide better service to our clients.

Our management team consists of Brenda Oates, General Manager, Aaron Schulties, our Safety Coordinator, Jeff Juricko, our High-Rise Manager, and Donovan Chow, the Scheduling Manager. Altogether our team has over 35 years of experience in the industry.

Western has seen significant growth during the past decade, experiencing a four-fold increase in staff and revenues, and an investment in equipment of approximately three-quarters of a million dollars.
